  • 1 c. bacon, diced
  • 3 tbsp. Whole Egg Powder + 6 tbsp. water
  • 3 tbsp. THRIVE Instant MilkTHRIVE Instant Milk + 1 cup water
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Green Chili Peppers - Freeze Dried THRIVE Green Chili Peppers - Freeze Dried
  • 3/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 c. THRIVE CornmealTHRIVE Cornmeal
  • 2 c. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
  • 1/2 c. Cane Sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. THRIVE Iodized SaltTHRIVE Iodized Salt
  • 1/2 c. Egg White Powder + 1 cup water

  1. Preheat oven to 350⁰F.
  2. Brown bacon, reserving 1 tbsp. grease, and allow to cool.
  3. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine whole eggs, milk, honey, green chilies, bacon and reserved grease, and cooled melted butter and stir.
  4. Add all remaining ingredients except egg whites. Stir to incorporate, but do not over-mix.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites and water until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold egg whites into batter.
  6. Pour into a greased 9x9 pan and bake for 40–45 minutes
